Modernising the trade pillar of the EU-Chile Association Agreement. MEPs will give their proposals to the Council, the Commission and the EEAS on how to revamp the current trade pillar that entered into force in 2003. Procedure file.Rapporteur: Immaculada Rodríguez-Pinero Fernández (S&D, ES). The committee will also vote on a trade deal on organic products with Chile.

Impact of international trade and the EU’s trade policies on global value chains. MEPs will vote on own-initiative proposals aiming at maximising the benefits and minimizing the negative effects of global EU trade. Procedure file.Rapporteur: Maria Arena (S&D, BE)

10.30 Priorities of the Estonian Presidency. Urve Palo, Minister for Entrepreneurship and Information Technology will discuss the to do list of the incoming presidency with MEPs.
11.00EU-Japan Free Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement.  Members will reflect on the ministerial level political agreement, to be confirmed by the Brussels summit today, and hear from Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström on the intensive talks.
16.30 Negotiating mandate for EU-Australia and EU-New Zealand trade talks. INTA will have its first exchange on recommendations to the mandate of these free trade talks. Rapporteur: Daniel Caspary (EPP, DE)
