Hearing on the "Consumption of Fish in Europe: new forms of education"

This hearing will focus on making consumers aware of the current situation of stocks on the market in order for them to make a responsible choice when buying fish. Various experts in the field will report on the measures and instruments that will enable consume to buy fish species which are less well known but less exploited. The aim of this responsible action is to contribute to the restocking of the most threatened species, while ensuring the health and well-being of the consumer.
